Andrea is a communicator and natural leader. She oversees employee relations, talent recruitment and career development, training, employee benefit and incentive programs and regulatory compliance for CapRelo and JK Enterprises. Her relationship-building skills allow her to elevate employee experience and cultivate partnerships with fellow leaders. Under her leadership, CapRelo maintains one of the industry’s highest talent retention rates.
With over 25 years of experience in human resource management, Andrea ensures all CapRelo and JK employees have the resources and support to deliver unparalleled customer service and value to our clients. She has supported the U.S. Department of Defense and government contracts for more than 30 years. Andrea actively engages her HR peers and has held leadership roles in temporary and permanent relocation of top talent around the globe, including the Middle East, Asia, United Kingdom, and the South Pacific.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University. When not leading a diverse HR team, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, refurbishing furniture and enjoying outdoor getaways.
