Theresa Mitchell

With over 30 years of proven leadership, including 27 in the global mobility sector, Theresa currently heads CapRelo’s Accounting and Finance departments, along with overseeing the Expense Management and Move Management groups. Her extensive background encompasses roles such as Assistant Controller and Vice President of Operations Accounting at a different RMC.

Throughout her career, Theresa has managed treasury functions, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and client accounting support. In her role at CapRelo, she upholds a commitment to integrity, treating client financials with the same care as our own results. Collaborating closely with the CEO and fellow executives, she supports organizational initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining vigilant oversight.

Since joining CapRelo, Theresa has played a direct role in or overseen numerous process enhancements, contributing to the business’s success and benefiting both clients and their employees. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University, and a Master’s in Business Ethics and Compliance with a focus on Forensic Accounting, Theresa resides in Connecticut and finds joy in spending time with her family and friends.
