Laurie is a creative phenom. You’ve not met another professional who can weave innovation, with practicality and process and make it look pretty. Laurie uses this creativity everyday in managing a diverse portfolio of clients with US domestic and international mobility programs.
As a proactive and dedicated leader, her expertise sits comfortably with policy development and process refinement – all delivered with creativity and care. This experience grew from ensuring IRS and legal compliance through strategic partnerships working at AOL and Time Warner Cable. There she ensured employee mobility programs were effectively designed to deploy the right talent at the right time and location – efficiently and cost-effectively. Laurie couples effective communication skills and extensive corporate global mobility experience to motivate teams that achieve high employee satisfaction scores.
Laurie received her bachelors from Rutgers University and holds the CRP and GMS designations. When not transforming CapRelo client programs you can find her lingering at the Carolina beaches.
